Had an appointment with Irene Walker at 3:30pm. I arrived on time, which was confirmed by the lady at the front desk. I was told she was with a client and also had a walk-in that was waiting and would be before me. What is the point of making an appointment and being on time for the appointment, if a walk in will be taken before you? Ms. Walker was also rude and had an attitude.
