I’ve been going to this H&R Block for years. My refund was taking longer than the website IRS website stated. When I called to speak with the young man who did my taxes and verify my account number he said everything was fine and it matched. However he then sent me a message on the hr block saying he made a mistake and it’s too late to be fixed. I’ll never go to this hr block again. Nothing about this situation gives me PEACE OF MIND.
