She was kind, courteous, professional, highly knowledgeable, and even remembered details regarding my prior year's returns! I also appreciated her business filing planning advice and suggestions & efforts regarding (hitherto unknown) deductions that I might qualify for! I'm looking forward to next year's appointment!
Let us know that my boyfriend did not have to file. He is on SSI and only gets a small amount of retirement. She did not take advantage of the situation, with him having no taxes taken out. Was very grateful for her advice.
