I highly recommend staying away from this firm. The GM Whitney has absolutely horrible customer service. I will never use or refer to anyone.
Horrible. Charged my mother $500 then we decided not to do taxes there, ajd go somewhere else instead due to horrible customer service. They agreed to refund $450 of the $500. A month later, no refund ajd emails and calls go unreturned. Whitney is very rude ajd karma qill always win :)
Had a great experience, our tax preparer Veena explained everything very well, gave suggestion on how we can work on financials to get better returns last year. Overall we had very knowledgeable and friendly interaction.
Drove 40 mins out for lady to tell me she can’t help me. I explained my situation to the person on the phone and she said they can help. My situation wasn’t very uncommon either. Very frustrating. I took time off for this and the lady didn’t care. She didn’t want to do my taxes. Apparently they will take too long. I was surprised that a well known company does business like this. I’m glad I found a professional to do my taxes no problem I’ll never come back here
