Had a great experience, our tax preparer Veena explained everything very well, gave suggestion on how we can work on financials to get better returns last year. Overall we had very knowledgeable and friendly interaction.
Drove 40 mins out for lady to tell me she can’t help me. I explained my situation to the person on the phone and she said they can help. My situation wasn’t very uncommon either. Very frustrating. I took time off for this and the lady didn’t care. She didn’t want to do my taxes. Apparently they will take too long. I was surprised that a well known company does business like this. I’m glad I found a professional to do my taxes no problem I’ll never come back here

Veena is absolutely amazing she’s done my taxes since 2006, I just adore her. I love Veena but H&R Block prices have gone up each year this year was almost $500. I had to let Veena know I’ll be doing my own next year I can’t afford to pay that much.
