I’m giving three stars because I admit, I should have done better due diligence. Off the bat they had already lost or deleted my appointment even though I called and received a confirmation email. As well, they seemed confused by the fact I was applying for an ITIN number, anything that isn’t w2 and a 1040 seems to be outside their expertise. I specifically called asking if they had CAA ( H&R Block website says they do process ITIN applications but not all locations), front desk person told yes and booked me an appointment, ... read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Had the most awful experience here for the tax season of 2023. My paperwork got passed around the tax specialists to the point no one knew where my returns were. The manager was barely apologetic even asked me, “what do you want me to do?” I don’t know— how about not misplace a clients paperwork? It wasn’t like I turned it in the day of the tax day. Granted, it was 2 weeks til deadline day, but that should’ve been plenty of time for them to either tell me to go somewhere else or file my... read more
