Nanette Handley was great! She was very nice and pleasant and most importantly very efficient. I asked her questions and she was very knowledgeable. I will be returning to her for next year tax season.

Horrible with both locations. In Niagara falls and in Depew. Signed me up for tax identity protection without my permission the office in Niagara falls on pine. In Depew she did my w2c form incorrectly where the IRS representative had to personally correct it.
Getting taxes done is always seamless! We see Nanette at this location and have been going to her for over 8 years. Extremely professional and helpful staff. She answers all the questions and helps us understand our returns. She has processed ours both in person and online - makes it a breeze with uploading on the website and making sure we’re all set before processing. Worth going to someone who cares, knows the process end to end, and is extremely helpful! I would highly recommend!
