Getting taxes done is always seamless! We see Nanette at this location and have been going to her for over 8 years. Extremely professional and helpful staff. She answers all the questions and helps us understand our returns. She has processed ours both in person and online - makes it a breeze with uploading on the website and making sure we’re all set before processing. Worth going to someone who cares, knows the process end to end, and is extremely helpful! I would highly recommend!
I had an appointment and I arrived on time. I was asked to wait 15 more minutes I did np. The lady in front me was late but brought the tax preparer a coffee so they had time for her. After waiting was taken to the back where my forms were looked at for 30 seconds and I was told there wasn’t time for me ……….. Don’t waste your time !
