I used H&R years ago, and then I did my own, then tried EG...well, after 2 yrs in a row of errors with EG, I decided to go back to H&R. Needless to say, I didn't get my taxes complete today because even more errors need to be corrected. Won't go anywhere but to Pat Guidie in Akron from here on out!
