As soon as my daughter went in to do her taxes they turned her away. Told her she was going to get a return and not to bother. They didn't listen to anything she had to say. So I did her taxes and she potentially would have lost $5,800 if she had listened to these rude judgmental people. So I saved her at least $200 by not taking the advice of these tax "professionals"
