I have done my own taxes for years and never had a problem. Decided to get them done here this year. Never again. I had to come back 4 different times to fix things/get charged more. I am a student who barely makes any money, and thanks to them I payed them over 200 dollars to make me owe the government over 800 dollars. I am extremely frustrated by the experience and I warn others against going here. The receptionist is very friendly though and the only person I could stand talking to.
I felt they rushed through my taxes did not do a thorough job and when I brought up red flags they did not seem to want to answer any questions I had when I asked for a second look at my taxes the person over the phone didn't even bother to understand what I was trying to relate to them they just hurry up oh well they know what they're doing yada yada yada
