Great customer service
Not impressed!!
It doesn't matter how good they are at their tax work, the price hike I suffered this year wasn't worth it.
Got charged for $209 bucks for a simple tax return only claiming myself with one W-2. Also was able to somehow set up three different appointments to get my taxes done even though the store was closed during those hours.
