We have been doing business with the H & R Block office in Duncan, Oklahoma for over 10 years.. Even after we moved 2 hours away we still go back.... EXCELLENT SERVICE always nice, polite, and extremely helpful
This was a simple 1040 form that they made a grave error on and they did not stand by their guarantee. H&R block does not have to pay for their mistakes as their promise says. This location made an error, acknowledged it and left us to pay the bill. DO NOT USE THEM TO DO YOUR TAXES, YOU WILL BE SORRY

I am going thru a divorce so my "ex" and I both had to go together to get our taxes done. It was OK, our preparer needed a little help from another employee,everything was fine until she tried to give us "advice" on our divorce. Definitely uncalled for and none of her business. She had no idea what our situation was. Stick to doing taxes, save your advice for someone that asks for it. Thanks.

I have been using H&R Block for years, I have used the branch in Wallingford, CT and in West Haven, CT and now, the one in Seymour for the last 3 or 4 years. I cannot say enough good things about them, they are always nice and they do their best to give me the attention to detail and respect I'd expect from such professionals.
