Your tax service in canton ohio west tusc office is terrible you had my tax information for over a week no phone calls so I called the guy was supposed to call me 10 30 this morning never called so I called again told them I will be in Monday morning to pick up my stuff she hung up on me never again will do business with your rude employees she wouldn't even take my name
She was amazing sweet and I love my experience
I came to the h and R block Canton Location on west tuscarawas street as a walk in on February 27, 2026, after a horrible experience at their biggest competitors. I was greeted in a very friendly manner and was seen within twenty minutes of checking in. I explained to them what my experience was , and they were also appalled at my experience. The office manager tried his best to get the best refund I could get. Unfortunately, my residency status disabled me from getting it but 5/5 for effort
