VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I called asking a simple question & Theresa wanted to get an attitude with me & literally talked over me on the phone , so I called another H&R Block that was in canton & they were MORE THE ABLE to answer the same question I called & asked them & they told me they weren’t able to answer.
