they double charge you just for basic tax filing. they didnt explain when i could recieve my money . did not talk really till things was done and still didnt explain it sucks really it feels like your rushed and not seen as a person
Like that they offer 'peace of mind' which will kick in, in case of an audit, or any questions from the IRS.
Rhonda was the absolute worst tax "pro" I've ever worked with in my life. Uninformed, rude, and condescending. I left within the first 10 minutes of us speaking. Dont waste your time, unless that's what you want from someone filing your taxes.
