Today was my first experience with H&R Block,I did not have an appointment but I was greeted right away and was given all the information needed to start the process.I was helped right away and did not have to wait. I was introduced to Susana Salazar who was super nice and helpful in getting my taxes filed,I am very pleased with my experience today and definitely recommend Mrs. Salazar and H&R Block. Thank you so much!
I can't express enough how thankful I am for H&R block ! The workers are all so kind . Alvaro was the one who help me . He is very professional . And made the entire process so easy. I Highly recommend h&r . I'll never return to turbo tax again .
Was very easy!
There was no one there. A girl walked in with Whataburger so we knew it was their lunch time and she was going to rush. Sure enough, she called us up to the desk..literally used the H&R tax estimator anyone can access online. No wonder the place is dead. NEVER again!
