I'm sadifed with the H & R block
Needed a simple cpa letter, which is just a letter stating they have done my taxes the past 2 yrs, and they would not help. Just a flat out no. After how much they charge us to do our taxes that is horrible. Will not be doing my taxes there again neither will my family.
Carmen Mendoza is such a blessing! I do my taxes every year with H&R Block but this year I feel amazing and extremely confident! She is amazing!!!! Bonus she speaks really good Spanish! Words can’t express how grateful I am that she did my taxes! Truly Honestly! Awesome customer service, very educated she knew her stuff and fast!
