I had never been to this location before but I won't be back..... No one greeted me, although there were at least three employees there, waiting. (I waited for at least 25 minutes to be acknowledged). I was treated dismissively by Ming (a supposed 'tax expert').....She was rude and rather unprofessional, hurrying my appointment as though it was an inconvenience......I will be using H&R block again in the future, as I have many times, but NOT at this particular office.
The entire office is full of kind and dedicated individuals that work so diligently. It's easy and brings a peace of mind walking in and beong taken care of so wonderfully.
