I have been using this tax office for ten years. I have never been denied the Emerald Advance Loan. I can't believe they wouldn't tell me that they switched lenders BEFORE doing my tax advance loan application. THE ONLY REASON I even have a tax preparer do my taxes for me is so that I can access my money early. If I knew I was going to have to wait until late February or March to get my taxes, I would have gone somewhere else to get my advance OR JUST FILED MYSELF FOR FREE.
