I come here every year and typically file with Tiffany. This year due to some issues I was scheduled with Ana Ramirez, and I despised every minute. She’s a tax professional and kept asking questions in a way that a tax professional would understand - if I didn’t want one-on-one services I would not have made an appointment. I filed my taxes with Hilda Moctezuma 2 years ago and I’m still fighting the irs for 3 years of returns I even purchased the $40 insurance package that they offer on the returns that supposedly insures that any mistakes made on the returns would be fixed to make sure I receive my tax refund and I have not received any assistance from anyone in this office they had the audacity to call me to schedule an appointment for me to file with them again which I obviously refused I filed with turbo tax for $40 and received my return w... read more
