Ms. Dawn ODonnel is The GOAT!! She is very knowledgeable and consistent with her “good will”. She has prepared our taxes for over ten years and if we move; we would ask her to come with us! She cares. Break I also would like to give Ms. Yahaira a heart felt thank you for her assistance also.
Poor response time. This has happened to us two years in a row. We are dealing with a time crunch this year due to mission contingency and can’t get anyone to call us back even if we make an appointment. Call another location.
