We first tried another tax service when we moved here, but they made mistakes on our return. The following year we came to H&R Block, and we’ve been loyal ever since. Our tax preparer, TJ, is absolutely amazing! She’s prepared our taxes correctly every year for the past six years, always takes the time to answer my questions, and even stayed on top of changes when my stock company updated the K-1 forms. I truly appreciate her professionalism, knowledge, and excellent service. Highly recommend!
After spending several hours on the phone with support Agents from usa.gov ADP the IRS and a number of legal professionals I was at my wits end and it dawned on me that I should call H&R Block where Lori was able to answer my question within 30 seconds
You guys had made an error I mean you make an error doesn’t that mean you gotta give me my money back!!??? There are decent people there working and I don’t have anything bad to say But you’re playing with peoples money and your suppose to be professionals The IRS shouldn’t have to point out errors for you God I definitely want my money back and it’s gonna take a lot for me to come back I’m looking into just doing my own taxes next year Caused a lot of problems for myself and my family I gotta get in touch with someone highe... read more
We LOVED Terrill!!!! We did our taxes last minute but she made sure to welcome us with open arms. She made our first time doing taxes with a professional, a not so scary but fun experience! We will always come back to her from here on out to do our taxes.
