Terrible office, terrible preparers, they screwed up my taxes, and although I paid for the 'peace of mind guarantee' they refuse to reimburse me for the mistake they made, I spoke to the reginal boss and she keeps giving me the run around as well, so much for the peace of mind guarantee.
In a year when federal agencies are being hobbled, HRB also failed to deliver on its brand promise to provide help and inspire confidence in their clients and communities. Horrible experience this year. My HRB tax preparer disappeared without notice; our filing was late, and an application for allowed extension was ignored.
