Environment. Service. Quality They waste your time; and they reject your tax information, they sell your information to third parties, workers at h&r block do not know what they're doing. And they serve you according to their interests/ conveniences. They don't go by the books or h&r policy. This year was a fraud, & they wanted to charge me extra fees...
Rosalinda Rodriguez is wonderful. l've been coming to H&R for over 20 years. She is very professional, courteous and attentive. She shows a lot of empathy. Not only to her clients, but her fellow colleagues. Very impressed how things improve year after year. Especially the new computers. She does an excellent job and I would highly recommend her to anyone and I trust her implicitly to do my taxes every year.

1st time at H&R block and so grateful to have Suzanne prepare our taxes. She is very informative, fast and friendly! Tucson is a small/ big town too, so we are going to be happy to recommend her services! I always assumed it would be really expensive to file through H&R block but it isn't.
