Clara Nashed was amazing!!!! She did a great job and our taxes were complicated and she helped us understand them. We will be returning just because of her. She made it easy and simple
HRB charges way too much for simple tax prep. For example, I had a form that took the preparer 5 seconds to fill out and it cost me $140. Charging by form does a disservice to everyone with simple tax preps like myself a independent freelancer. You should be charged by complexity, not by form. I will do my own taxes next year. I paid $550 to HRB for less than 30 minutes of service...the same amount I owed for State taxes. HRB is no longer a convenient or cost effective method for doing your taxes. They've become a tax themse... read more
