I paid a lot of money than usual just to have a gross miscalculation, was told my state was 900+ and it came out to 175 which was took from Hr block for their fees and the fees aren’t even paid in full yet , but I won’t be reimbursed even tho I was expecting x amount and didn’t receive it and they supposedly guarantee their returns
Had an appointment at 8 am. Woke p early for the 30 minute drive just to show up with no one there. Closed entirely. I contemplated waiting but it's very hot & I also wondered why they would be so late for an appointment. Waited 5 mins. They called me 11 minutes later when I was already on my way home. This was TERRIBLE. It's very hard to schedule anything due to my work schedule and this was very important to me.
