Extremely rude receptionist. I am Canadian and simply called to ask if any of the tax advisors at this location had expertise in international taxation. The word "Canadian" was barely out of my mouth before the lady on the phone cut me off and said "We don't do that here" and essentially hung up on me. Before doing so she did tell me to contact Block Advisors but this was said very aggressively. A friendly "no, we can't help you, sorry" would have sufficed.
I have been going here for many years now... they are professional... extremely helpful and knowledgeable... they always have the answers to my questions... I have never gone anywhere else but this H&R Block to have my taxes prepared...
