So originally i felt like they did a good job... that was until i received my refund and it was largely less than estimated. I was not properly informed when they would be taking their deductions and or that they would take my entire state return as well. I filed with Robena Dubose and she was amazing! Our appt made me feel like I was catching up with a longtime friend.
