Friendliest tax office I've ever been in ! Janice K. was my tax preparer. She was patient, kind, considerate and extremely knowledgeable. Reminded me to include my overtime and it increased my refund !!! Frances J. was also assisting me. I have not received my 2024 refund. Francis worked diligently on filling out the correct forms to submit on my behalf... Considering it was a tax appointment it was beyond pleasant. Everyone in the office were exceptional today. Thank you very much for your kindness!! I highly recommend.
