I ordered the tax preparation service and uploaded all my documents on 3-10-2024. I was informed that Bonny was working on my taxes. Over the past week, I've sent multiple messages and made several calls to this office requesting the status of my tax return. NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY MESSAGES, NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALLS. I even made an phone appointment with Gautami. I was told he would call me at the appointment time, but I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. This is hands down, THE WORST TAX PREP EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD.
