I want to thank Bonny Charleston, one of the Tax Advisors who works at this location and two others. I've had a pretty stressful, important set of steps I'm helping a family member with (in regards to their taxes), and Bonny totally stepped up to help him. She has been so supportive with the work and so pleasant in her demeanor. She really is a pleasure to work with. I ordered the tax preparation service and uploaded all my documents on 3-10-2024. I was informed that Bonny was working on my taxes. Over the past week, I've sent multiple messages and made several calls to this office requesting the status of my tax return. NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY MESSAGES, NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALLS. I even made an phone appointment with Gautami. I was told he would call me at the appointment time, but I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. This is hands down, THE WORST TAX PREP EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. We have been using a private tax advisor to prepare our taxes. Unfortunately, he passed away and we were at a loss to find someone as good as he was. Sunshine was over us the day we found H&R Block. We drove around and walked into the first tax office we saw, there was a big, bold green and white tax sign you couldn't miss. Thank you H&R Block for hiring such great tax professionals.
