Went back this year to get my taxes done. Lauren did my return. She was friendly and explained every detail. Would have been a great experience, except when I went to check out, there was a printed sign on the counter about using credit/debit cards to pay for your returns. There's a 3.5% markup on supposed fees for processing credit/debit cards, which is a crock! Didn't charge this last year. Makes one wonder why the owner is encouraging customers to pay cash to avoid fees. I won't go back.
Lauren did my taxes for me this year. She was so friendly and everything was done so quickly. I will be coming back next year!
