Went to H and r block for last few years. Very expensive and had made mistakes in the past. We remained regular customers. However this year we had horrible customer service, rude and no call back with major questions for our upcoming appointment, calling it quits. I wouldn't recommend the williston branch at all.
This place is a nightmare. They do not call you back. We have gotten excuse after excuse for over a year about a mistake that was made. Suggest going to a different location.
The woman who prepared my return was the most chill accountant I have ever met and she did a great job and had all the necessary knowledge to get my taxes completed fast. She even went above and beyond and completed 2 years in one session of time. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
