I've used H&R Block for my taxes the past 10 years. Unfortunately the last 2 years have been horrible. I finally got my 2023 tax issues fixed in Oct when I filed in Feb. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and used them again this year (2024) and they deposited my refund into someone else's account and I was told we will get it fixed asap but no one is returning my calls, escalations aren't helping, and I can't even get in contact with the manager of the branch that filed my taxes. 6 weeks of "just wait it'll take 24 to 48 ... read more

Great. Last Minute filing because of work and was able to get it filed on time.
Very unprofessional. Our "tax professional" tried to blame us for mistakes WE found. She stated that we gave her information. Taxes should have supporting documentation not be based on something we said. H & R Block did amend the tax filing at no extra charge but the headache, sticker shock for taxes owed, and arguments with Veronica made it so much worse.
