Jamie and the store manager really took care of our issues when our taxes got muddied by a different tax professional from our previous state of residence. I was very worried for so long that we were going to be in hot water with the state, especially while trying to buy our home here in New Braunfels, but everything turned out great. We will certainly return to this location.
I got to experience doing my taxes with a rep for the first time as an adult. I give all my thanks to Ms. Rita Fisher. Comfortable and friendly, accurate filing but fees are astronomical. About 3 times higher than I paid last year and I had only one additional form to file.
This location charges a little over twice as much as other locations because they are a franchise. Next up, my tax professional had to continually ask the person in the cube next to them questions. The two of them argued in front of me. This whole experience left me pretty unhappy about the knowledge that I expect my tax expert to have.
