Ala Shaw was my tax preparer and I love me her. She was patient, funny and kind. My tax situation was a bit confusing, but she handled it well. Will see her again next year
The "tax preparer" they assigned me told me I didn't have to fike a tax return and wouldn't even start the process. She told me to go to the Social Security office. A lot of people were being "pushed through." I was a tax preparer many years ago & I would have been fired if I had told a client that. Crazy. Hence the low rating.
Really bad service i went last year to do my taxes and they never called me back i payed $100 for nothing, never going back there
Jamie and the store manager really took care of our issues when our taxes got muddied by a different tax professional from our previous state of residence. I was very worried for so long that we were going to be in hot water with the state, especially while trying to buy our home here in New Braunfels, but everything turned out great. We will certainly return to this location.
