Had an appointment at 9am . I was there at 8:55. Waited until 9:20 until someone would see me because it looked like everyone started to arrive right a 9. The first “ tax preparer” started on my filing, then about a half hour later said she would have to turn it over to a different “tax preparer “, because she didn’t know how to proceed with mine , which are very standard. We had a terrible experience with H&R Block, and unfortunately they lost our business before we even got to meet our tax professional. We thought it was great that we were able to conveniently schedule our appointment online, but that wasn't correct. The tax professional assigned to us called us the day before our appointment to ask some preparatory questions, only to realize she was looking at someone else's information and documents, not ours.
