Great service with a smile! My tax accountant Gregory Rothrock was excellent. He does buisness as well as personal taxes. He was quick and efficient. He explained everything and gave me options and recommendations so I was a part of the process. Could not have had a better experience!
Me and my husband went into file our taxes today and we were shocked to hear the workers talking down to certain customers. It almost made us want to leave. There was one lady yelling at this guy. Cause he couldn't understand what she was telling him. She was very rude and he stayed calm. The women next to her was doing the same thing. We were kind of scared to get seen.. but we were treated a little better. But still shame on them for treating the others that way. Because they were lower income!
If I could give this a no star review. I would even an negative. I went in on appointment the lady didn't even know what she was doing. She kept messing up and having to go. Get help for everything from the manager. He would come in one even make eye contact or say hello or be kind to me either. She treated me very rude. She was talking to me very rude b was putting me down. It was towards the end of the day. The lady next to her was treating her customer awful as well. She was put in her down left and right.
