Horrible customer service overall! I went in last week to get my temporary emerald card after speaking with someone in customer service who assured me I can get a card at this location with no problem. I walk in with my kids and the receptionist is quick to say “I don’t think you can get a card here..” she seemed confused and not confident with the information she had.
