The overall experience was well except my tax preparer. Seems as though she was trying to embarrass me by busting out how much I was receiving from my tax refund in front of other customers and staff like I’m supposed to be ashamed about the small amount. I just want to be up-to-date on filing my taxes and looking for professional advice. I didn’t like that at all very rude. I paid 150 for the service. Maybe she’s mad because she didn’t get a good commission from it.
Such a wonderful overall experience! First the receptionist Tia had a warm welcoming smile as she greeted me & checked me in. Very professional and kind. Then Jill my tax preparer very prompt and proficient! I will gladly return next to get my taxes done
