I went to the forest park H&R Block location. DaRonda was a great person to have at the front desk. She was welcoming and had a great smile to match her kind energy. - Margret was phenomenal. I am a first time tax filer and was more than a little nervous. She was not only patient and knowledgeable but also hilarious which put me at ease. She answered every question and allowed me to repeat everything she explained so that I could make sure I understood. - Great customer service!
