This was my first time using a tax preparation person. I was assigned to Nehanda, who was 30 minutes late for our first meeting. She took my documents, and said she would get to work on my taxes. I thought she would ask questions but she really didnt. She told me when my taxes would be ready, and yet another week went by before she sent them over for review.
