Negligent liars. Especially Jessica Calvin. Will punish you for her choices and lack of ability. Will make things up to refuse service after collecting payment. Will attack you emotionally and verbally and punish you for it. Lazy. Lost my documents multiple times. never calls back. Wait too long.
They refuse to record phone calls because they know they lie cheat and cannot handle a basic workload.
My tax associate was professional, but also made you feel like family. She is someone I will come back to time and time again
