I dislike this time of year and today I can truly say, it was the BEST tax experience I have ever had. Jessica Hoelter the Branch Manager to the front desk Lady Julie, they are all tremendous at their jobs!! I would give them 100 Stars if I could. Thank you SO much for a wonderful experience.
I would rate them zero stars if possible. First they quoted us one price and then at the end of the process charged us $165 more. Very deceptive business practices. They did agree to credit us the extra charge after I strongly complained. Our state return was filed incorrectly, therefore costing us an additional $550 in taxes that they said we owed.
