Beveraly at H&R in Troy was so amazing! She is informative, respectful, and very helpful with understanding the craziness of taxes. Would recommend her any day! Go to H&R and ask for Bev, you won’t regret it.
If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment online to meet with a tax expert as this is the first year we’ve not done our taxes ourselves at home. Had all my forms together electronically to be as prepared as possible. Walked in and was “greeted” with a stern “there’s no one here to meet you. This is just a drop off. And a drop off means you drop off your forms and they’re reviewed and given back to you.” I couldn’t believe how rude and condescending the woman was.
