Staff was great. Sharon was my tax preparer. Made everything go smoothly. Front desk staff were super nice. A bit more expensive than I anticipated (thoroughly do your homework on their fees - depending on your situation, it can get into the hundreds), but great experience overall.
They got me audited wouldn't do anything about it called corporate office corporate office hung up on me this office sucks It made a mistake on my paperwork wouldn't fix it sorry ass people now I'm stuck in the hole for six grand
Arrived to this location at 10 AM to complete taxes before arriving. Checked website to make sure no appointment was needed. When I arrived I was greeted by the person at the front desk told me that unfortunately they would not be able to help me until 1 o’clock because they don’t have anyone there to take care of me even though she was there, sitting there, not doing anything .I didn’t know that H&R Block had greeters not employees
