My husband and I had a 10:00 A. M. Appt. When we got there the front person was in the back. I gave him our name and sat down. Other people came in after us and were sent in ahead us. He didn’t explain the gentleman we were waiting for had someone. His mannerism and the way he was dressed was atrocious.
