They filed our tax return incorrectly and we ended up getting a tax bill a year later for $1300. They offered no solution, apparently the accuracy of your filing is only guaranteed if you pay extra. So we paid them $200 to mishandle our filing. Save yourself the money and mess up your own filing for free.
