Had 3 appointments with my tax professional in March to try and file my deceased fathers estate taxes and was sent home because of system issues. When I tried to schedule my 4th appointment could not get them to answer calls or messages. Then received an email apologizing for not answering my calls but said the system was down and they were going to file for an extension. I’ve been with H&R Block for over 20 years. I started with the simple EZ form and eventually moved into very complex returns, and they’ve handled everything with consistency and professionalism. Over time my preparers have retired or passed on, but every new person has been just as reliable. My current preparer, Karen Clifford, is outstanding. She recently completed my return with exceptional care and accuracy. I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend her and the entire H&R Block team.
