Awful service!! First and last transaction I'm not coming back again. I filled in Hunters Creek branch 2019 they give me receipt that I will received my refund within a month. Month pass no refund and I got robbed for $230 dollars as a professional fee service. It's been years they still didn't fix my tax. They didn't get it done properly. Not gonna business with this company again!
They did not ask if I had any dependants, did not ask me anything for deductions, did not call me back(I had to keep calling them), charged for a refund transfer when the app said it was free, said they sent me an email to sign online, but they did not(I showed them proof), said they would call me back but they did not, so that forced me to leave work and just show up to sign physically, they admitted that they were too busy and they were not going to call me back when I got there(good thing I just showed up).
