We had an appointment set up for this year with Marisol, she texted my husband for confirmation and of course he confirmed right away but he also asked her if she had everything she would need for our appointment... she responded back with "thanks for confirming, happy new year" so we assumed we didn't need to bring anything else (it was a direct text message from her, nothing automated). Received an email informing me my tax prepper last year, Earl Tankard, is no longer with yall. Well thank goodness, he is the reason we will never again use H&R Block. He was so unprofessional, rude, insulting, it's astonishing he was even employed as long as he was, leaving such a bad taste in my families mouth, not a single one of us even wanna try again through yall. Hope he was a learning lesson for yall, best of luck
