Received an email informing me my tax prepper last year, Earl Tankard, is no longer with yall. Well thank goodness, he is the reason we will never again use H&R Block. He was so unprofessional, rude, insulting, it's astonishing he was even employed as long as he was, leaving such a bad taste in my families mouth, not a single one of us even wanna try again through yall. Hope he was a learning lesson for yall, best of luck
