Unfortunately, this year’s experience with H&R Block was extremely disappointing. We ended up taking our business elsewhere due to the lack of customer service, lack of confidence throughout the appointment, and overall feeling that our concerns weren’t being clearly explained. I was able to get an appointment the same week I called and Gayla Wickham was great to work with. Our meeting started on time and she had it completed in an hour. She knows to look for tax credits and is through. She definitely made filing less stressful. We will be returning customers.

I work with Elizabeth and everyone was friendly, returned calls promptly and answered questions. I have been a customer for many years now and never had a issue, keep up the great work!!

Horrible!! I usually do my taxes every year with Jody and nobody was really able to help me this year. I uploaded all my tax information and the direct line to the rifle location is completely shut off and you have no way to get a hold of any tax preparer at that site. If you try to call you get thrown into some 1-800 number in another state and they schedule tax appointments and nobody calls you back or shows up to the tax appointment. Very disappointing.

I'd rather file my taxes myself and risk going to jail than deal with the unprofessional unbotherd jerks again and I've been a customer since 2018.. idk how you employed so many terrible people at once.. You can't get your crap together and your customers have to pay for it...
