I would like to state how well the staff here handled a tough situation that I witnessed today. A disrespectful man walked in while I was sitting waiting for Linda to do my taxes and said some VERY Ill mannered words about another staff member from this facility. One of the free staff members were still able to help this hostile customer get things straightened out.
