Very poor customer service. We contacted an individual in this office to resolve an issue with the IRS. Was assured this individual would contact the IRS with the info needed to resolve the issue. Contacted this individual last week (middle of August) because we could see from checking the IRS website that the issue was NOT resolved. Individual NOW claims they have no idea what we are talking about. Make a second in-person visit to the office with all neeeded documents and it's obvious this person does NOT want to assist us ... read more
Each and every staff member at this location was so pleasant during my visits. Gregg Chapman was my tax preparer, and he is exceptional! I will continue to return.
They're consistent and knowledge of the changes.. that are passed down to the tax offices, where they can better serve their customers. The virtual services getting things done online is more efficient and better where you can download your documents, instead of going into a office it's great!
