Terrible service. My filing was rejected and I was never made aware by my Tax Pro, Ariel Freeman. Months after filing, I saw the rejection in my HRBlock account and I have been trying to contact Ariel Freeman ever since (email, messages, phone calls) and I never hear back. Nobody ever contacted me to inform me of the rejection and they certainly did not look into/fix the issue. I am still trying to reach them to this day!
I went to this location and begin to get frustrated do the fact the the women that was helping me kept getting call away after several hours a LADY name Kathi Tucker saw my look of frustration and step in to save my day a h r block from getting a horrible review thank you again Kathi your the best and hr block is lucky to have you on there team
Horrible experience. Signed up for virtual tax preparation with Tax pro. Could not be given "final price until after meeting." I schedule a meeting virtually and I get a call stating they need to reschedule even though I had just talked to the tax professional who had prelim questions. The person on the line said "wait never mind you are scheduled for 4pm at the office." I was actually scheduled for 4:30 virtually with multiple confirmation emails.
