I had a very complicated tax situation this year and last year my tax pro here made a mistake, so I requested someone new. I am so disappointed with the way this went after digging deeper into my filing. I feel the tax pros here are praised on the website for their years of experience but H&R Block clearly offers them no continued education about year to year tax laws and changes and it ended up causing a lot of issues for me that I can’t correct because my return was already filed. Tina on state road 70 helped me to complete taxes I thought I did correctly. Not only did she help me find 600.00 in unclaimed taxes but she was also very patient and explained everything thoroughly. 10/10
If i could leave negative stars i would. I brought in 5 years of simple returns. 1040ez forms, nothing crazy. First appointment we only got 1 year done and I really was supposed to return to sign off on the rest. i returned for a second appointment and nothing else was worked on in between appointments. I returned for a third appointment and appointment I was again, supposed to just sign everything and absolutely nothing was done. Their attitude was so aloof. Just an oops sorry about that.
