I had Willow do my taxes and she was phenomenal! So patient with me (I was very confused about a lot of things) explained things well to me and helped me understand where, why, and how. She did it quick and efficiently. 10/10 would recommend you come to this location. It was worth the drive from T.C.! I had a horrible experience with TurboTax. H&R Block was infinitely more reliable and honest. Take the time to have a real person do your taxes here and you won’t regret it.

After going to H&R Block for many years and always paying for the peace of mind guarantee- I now know it’s useless. Even if the tax “pro” doesn’t ask the questions needed to file correctly and I had to pay $2100 to the IRS for filing the wrong form for our LLC… this after I tell her this is our first year of business and I wanted the peace of mind guarantee - ooops! They screwed that up too and “forgot” to add it. Go somewhere reputable- when H&R Block filed this return wrong, I had to pay in $832, when I went elsewhere and ... read more
