The agents who do the refunds are the best. The lady who answers the phone to schedule appointments is very rude and has no customer service skills. It was the end of making my appointment, I was about to ask a question and she hung up... Very Rude......
I had an excellent experience with Ms. Janice Hawkes recently. She is very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Also, she is very dedicated to the mission. I highly recommend anyone seeking tax assistance to give H&R Block a call. Thanks
