I worked with Nicole for 10 days (who was kind and helpful) and provided all requested documentation for my tax return. Unfortunately, I was later told by her supervisor that my return would need to be redone due to my very minimal business income. Why did it take 10 days to figure that out? Very frustrating. Also, the supervisor questioned my preferred name repeatedly in a way that made me uncomfortable. After this experience, I've decided to take my taxes elsewhere.
They are terrible. Nothing was in order. App was down to sign and to pay. Had to go back to office 3 different times. A complete joke of a business.
H&R Block tax pros are friendly and knowledgeable. Filing taxes is easy, fast, and accurate. I highly recommend.
