This location is HORRIBLE. I've tried 3 different times to work with them (because of proximity to my house) and each time they have cancelled my appointments without notification. This last time, tax preparer Joyce Rutherford, cancelled my appointment (made a month in advance) twice, without even notifying me. It's insane that this office is still in business!
I went in to set up an appointment to get my taxes done and realized very quickly that I needed to go somewhere else. The lack of professionalism was concerning. The facility smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke I could barely concentrate and when I pulled into the parking lot, two of the workers were standing outside smoking. The staff lacked professionalism and tact. I’m glad I chose to take my business elsewhere.
Worst experience ever. The tax pro Rosemont had no clue what he was doing.

Amy at the Reseda Branch was simply outstanding. I give her 5++stars. She answered all my questions step by step and it was a smooth as ice session. I owe her a McDonalds Happy Meal for her professionalism! Please pass along my kudos!! Walter Ostromecki.

Great place to go to get your taxes done . The people there are very professional and caring . The price is reasonable/
This review is only discussing Luz as a tax preparer. I found Luz years ago and have not gone to anyone since. She is very kind, patient, and informative. She can easily explain any breakdowns and will always try her best to accomadate you. Some might argue that hr blocks fees are a bit higher than other local branches but i think it’s worth every penny. they also come with protections and other side services at the end of your tax preparations. If you’re new or looking to find someone reliable and clear def consider Luz!
Well as for my Tax experience there at H&R Block I can actually say that it has been pretty well there, thee Tax Analyst Connie that helps me with my Taxes is very Helpful, kind, Respectful, also very knowledgeable at what she does, very smart women I would recommend you to her & to also come & get your Taxes done here.. Very Satisfied that's why I give her a Five Star ⭐ Rating 👍😊. Thanks Connie for all your help very much appreciated & God Bless, your Customer Audie.
