This place had no regard for your best interest, only their own. I went in after getting out of the military and needed to file my taxes for the year prior. The gentleman who worked with me and my wife was very condescending and didn't care for anything we said. He filed us as residents of a different state even though we retained Texas as our home of record during my service, didn't put my house information in, didn't put my school tax form in, and did it all with a smile. I waited till the last day to file my taxes, and the CPA I always go to was already booked. I had no choice, but to go somewhere else. I chose H & R Block/Del Rio. I called on 4/17 to see if they had any open appointments left. I was told yes, and scheduled an appointment for 4/18. My appointment was with Stephanie Reyna. She was very professional,knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I enjoyed my experience and would recommend H & R Block to to my family and friends. :)
